Events

IME organizes a series of training courses, workshops and technical seminars which serve as a platform for information exchange as well as technical education. The seminar series covers, but is not limited to, the following research areas in microelectronics:

- Integrated circuit design and modeling
- Semiconductor process technologies
- Advanced packaging technologies
- Failure analysis and reliability
- Bioelectronics

Attendance at these seminars is open to both industry professionals, as well as academic staff and students. If you wish to be informed about upcoming seminars by email, please send an email to training@ime.a-star.edu.sg and we will add you to our circulation list.

We also welcome fellow researchers and scholars from outside IME to present at IME. If you are interested to give a talk, please contact training@ime.a-star.edu.sg.
