MEMS R&D Manager

Responsibilities

• Process research and development, and integration on 8” MEMS process line.
• Development of new concepts, ideas and technologies for advanced MEMS/NEMS devices
• Provide in-depth analysis and benchmarking studies to identify potential areas of R&D with industry and market relevance
• Identify and capture opportunities for  collaboration for cross –disciplinary R&D projects with universities, research institutes and industry customers
• Project management  of R&D projects
• Providing technical leadership, guidance and mentorship to a team of project leaders and researchers
• Work with different labs and programs for integrated research programs
• Development of focused IP portfolio

Requirements:

• Ph.D degree in Engineering/Science
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEMS research, technology development, or product development
• Industry Research/Development experience is preferred
