Senior Research Engineer/Research Officer- Advanced Semiconductor Process

Responsibilities:

You will develop the advanced semiconductor processes in the area of lithography, PECVD, wet chemical processes, metallization, ECP and CMP using state-of-the-art equipment and materials for CMOS, Through Silicon Via (TSV) as well as MEMS Technologies. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Carrying out module development and improving module performance, sustaining routine operations, equipment upkeep, and mentoring lab assistants
  
• Defining and establishing flow, procedures for the process modules
  
• Planning and conducting experiments to fully characterize the process as well as establishing process controls
  
• Evaluation and selection of new equipment and processes
  
• Defining roadmaps and developing processes to meet requirements, goals and milestones for R&D projects

Requirements:

• PhD/Master degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in semiconductor fab is preferred
