Scientist - Analog-Mixed-Signal IC (High-Performance Frequency Synthesis)

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high performance frequency synthesizers for direct digital synthesis application
• Able to handle analog/mixed-signal IC design activities
• Involved in circuit level simulation and verification, block and top level design, layout and post layout verification and lab evaluations and support
• Able to interpret circuit specifications to achieve design strategies

Requirements:

• PhD in electrical engineering with specialization in high-speed analog/mixed-signal IC design
• Knowledge in various frequency synthesizer architectures is a must
• Highly experienced in Mixed Signal EDA tools and methodology for design, simulations and layout (full & semi-custom)
• Self-motivated, ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
• Strong communication skills at all levels and ability to explain complex technical issues clearly
