Scientist - Linear/Non-Linear Power Amplifier IC Design

Responsibilities:

• Design of RF/microwave/millimeter-wave circuits including Power Amplifier and other circuits for wireless system applications
• Layout and post layout verification of the designs using CADENCE
• Testing of the circuit blocks and the whole system
• Engaging in multiple projects concurrently
• Contributing to the IME's IP portfolio

Requirements:

• PhD with 5 years of proven industry experience in RF circuit design especially power amplifier
• Hands-on experience on CMOS circuit design, layout, and testing of fabricated chips using VNA (small signal) and large signal approaches
• Vast experience and knowledge of efficient linear/non-linear power amplifier schemes
• Knowledge of CAD tools such as CADENCE and ADS
• Highly motivated to work as a self-starter both independently and as a team member
