Research Scientist/Senior Research Engineer - Integrated Circuits & Systems

. You will be responsible for IC design activities for applications in Biomedical, MEMS and other RF, analog/mixed-signal design areas.

Requirements:

• PhD/Masters in a relevant Science or Engineering field with strong emphasis on RF, analog / mixed-signal IC design
• Possess at least 5 years of design experience in low power RF or analog/mixed-signal integrated circuit design. Candidates with relevant managerial experience in large research programmes may be offered a leadership/technical management position
• Experience in one or more of the following areas of Analog Circuit Design: weak inversion circuits, ultra-low power circuit design techniques, circuits for interfacing with MEMS/Bio-Sensors and Bio-instrumentation
• Industry experience will be an advantage
