2. Microsystems, Modules & Components

• Photonics/MEMS/ Embedded Wafer Level Packaging
• Low Temperature Bonding Technology
• TSV Technology for Interposer and 3D Stacking

3. Semiconductor Process Technologies

• Advanced Si Process Modules
• Materials, Devices, Reliability Analysis

4. Bioelectronics & BioMEMS Programme

• Microfluidics / Lab-on-a-Chip / Patch Clamps
• Biosensors

5. Sensors and Actuators Microsystems Programme

• Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS)
• Wafer Level Packaging Process Integration

6. Nano Electronics & Photonics Programme

• Nanoelectronics
• Photonics

Requirements:

• Bachelor (at least 2nd Upper)/Master in a relevant Engineering or Science field
• Open to Fresh Graduates only or those with less than 2 years experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good oral and written communications skills
