1. Research Manager
You will work closely with the Executive Director and Laboratory/Programme Directors in the Institute of Microelectronics. Your role and responsibilities will include assisting the Executive Director the following:
- Reviewing and managing R&D programmes and projects
- Initiating and executing cross-lab, cross-RI multidisciplinary projects
- Overseeing the R&D efforts of the laboratories and programmes, as well as coordinating and fostering collaborative research with Universities, Industries, Research Institutes, and other research organizations, both locally and internationally
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to an ever changing landscape of technology
- Interested in multi-disciplinary technology R&D in the domains of Nanoelectronics, Si Photonics, Sensors and Integrated Micro-systems, Bioelectronic and Sensors
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with senior management, researchers, and Ph.D. students
- PhD in microelectronics or equivalent discipline with at least 3 years of working experience in relevant fields
