A group of 16 Direct Polytechnic Admission students from Ngee Ann Polytechnic visited IME on 14 March 2008. The visit to IME was part of the Ngee Ann Preparatory Programme for the students to broaden their learning experience by gaining insights into the real-life engineering industry.

During the visit, the students were brought to tour our research laboratories and also got to see how some of our sophisticated equipment works.

The lecturer in-charge, Mr Goh Khing Sua, commented that it was a comprehensive visit whereby it has left a lasting impression on the minds of the engineering students and would spur them to scale greater heights in their career pursuit.
