IME provides the Silicon Photonics MPW Prototyping on the basis of reasonable efforts rendered. IME disclaims any implied warranty, condition or representation that the photonics devices thus fabricated :
- shall correspond with a particular description;
- is of a merchantable satisfactory quality;
- is fit for a particular purpose; or
- is durable for a reasonable period of time
